I would like to use this maps on my TwoNav Anima+

    Hi,
in fact it is not possible to import a full map e.g like germany, spain, alps or so.
Also you cannot import gmapsupp.img container-files.

The only possiblities you have are:
    A) only import a single img file = small areas only
    B) use a software like GPSMapedit to merge some single .img files into one MP-Format file and import this file into land (before reduce map levels to only highest + lowest one)

Anyway you never can handle the full map this way.

Alternativley you may test to directly import .osm-Data file and create your own map.
For testing this, i suggest to start with a small data file as this process needs a lots of resources too.

The option A would be ok for my needings, but when I import it in CompeGps it has a strange "line" style.
With the OpenMtbMaps some .TYP file are provided, there is a way to convert them in a CompeGPS style file ?

After all TwoNav is a great software for MTB so I would expect to be able to use that great sourse of free maps.

    Thanks for your reply

    No, no way.
In fact there are only a few line style available, which could be used in Twonav. These are those in the CompeGPSLand line style combo box until "Line wall". The others are rendered only as solid lines.
Afaik it is a restriction of the device OS-system WinCe and the graphical interfaces provided by this system.

So only in CompeGPSland all of them can be used but not in Twonav. It's really a pity.
