Predeterminado Pocket air, Mio P550 and paragliding competition

    Hello !

I'm a novice in PDA-GPS device. I would know if i can use Pocket air with a Mio P550 ?
Can I plug this PDA on any PC with windows XP (like an USB key) and import/export files like track-log ?
Can I import Oziexplorer/cartonav .wpt files in Pocket-air ? They are both "official" format for paragliding competition in France.
What do you think about Pocket-air for paragliding competition ?

    Thanks.

I guess so, but you could download it and try it by yourself...

You need the activesync software to do that, or maybe you could record your tracks into the SD Card and read it from your multicard reader on your PC.

I don't know cartonav, but you could read oziexplorer waypoints without problems. Anyway, you have a lot of programs to convert your files into compe ones, like GPSBabel.

I am not paragliding, but a lot of people use compe for this sport...

I don't have a Mio P550, I take informations before buy it
Record on SDcard is a good idea, because it is possible to read it on any PC, just with a digital cam !

I will test Pocket-Air with a windows mobile emulator and if I find all features wich I need, I will buy it !
