    Predeterminado Pointer swing around

When driving my car using Twonav off road on a tablet PC as long as I'm driving the moving map and the pointer are functioning OK.
When I stop in a junction for example, the pointer (or the map depend if using "Rotate Map" or not) start to swing around – to revolve in all directions. The result is that I don't know which direction to turn.
Any suggestions how to make the pointer to stay still when I'm not in motion ?

This occurs on some GPS's devices.
You could try deactivating "Use GPS bearing" under Advanced Com. Opt.

If your GPS is a SirfII or SirfIII, maybe you could activate the static navigation system (SN).

Thanks for the quick response. Could not find the "Use GPS bearing" - Should I look for it in the Twonav menu or the GPS software ? The same for the static navigation system (SN).
    Thanks

"Use GPS bearing" is under GPS configuration panel -> advanced Com. Opt.
The static navigation is not related with compe... you could have a look to THIS LINK (step 4).

    Followed your suggestions:
    1. deactivated "Use GPS bearing" – at the beginning it looked as if it helped but lasted for few seconds before the pointer continued to swing.
    2. Also tried your second suggestions but on my GPS (GlobalSat BU 353) the factory default is "Disable Static Navigation"
    Any more ideas ?
    Thanks

You must ENABLE Static Navigation for filter your GPS "swining"
This is cuz your GPS is very nervous

Sorry for not explaining my self right: it was ENABLE - the factory default on that menu is "Disable Static Navigation" which means it is enable.
