    i bought my aventura at touratech germany.the aventura had a fatal usb error.touratech sent it to variotec.which is the general distributor for germany.they immediately found out ,it is not repairable and sent it to compe.
    it took you unnbelievable two month to sent me a new aventura.if you knew it would take so long you should have authorised variotec to send me a new or substitute aventura.also ,always i had to ask what action is taken next.no information from your side.and finally when i got my aventura.you offer no appologys or compensation.for such a expensive device as the aventura you have to offer better warranty service.i am very disapointed.
