    Hi,

    Question from customer in Poland:

    I recently bought Aventura and would like to upgrade V-map of Eastern Europe included with the product. The process described at this link

    requires some code that was not included in the package. Please let me know how to restore my registration code in order to upgrade the map.
    No codes where included in the package. Please offer procedure ASAP.

    Ok, actually i think there are many people in holiday so far.
    For submitting a ticket you have to register first("new user")

    That makes no sense for users in Poland. People here speak Polish. As a distributor we help them solve problems they have with TwoNav products. What we need is a procedure for every user who bought TwoNav device with built in maps. We can't accept solution that requires registering and submitting ticket in English or Spanish.

    This conversation should be continues via email. I hope we get reply from CompeGPS soon so I don't have to complain on forum again.

    Hi Piotr,

    i made some investigations.
    Owners of Devices with "builtin" VMAPS have first to validate/activate these maps.
    Therefore they have to use the Code on the Promotionalcard( FAQ Promotionalcode ) delivered with the Bundle on www.mytwonav.com
    Once the Vmap is validated they will get a email with the registercode for the Vmap.
    This you can use for buying an Update.
